Key Benefits of AQBotTM
Time-efficient air quality monitoring
Keeping up with a world where everything is getting faster than ever, we aim to provide high-speed air quality monitoring. Therefore, our industrial air monitor offers quick sensing for threshold-based alerts. Next, the real-time display sets AQBotTM apart from all other monitors. The display makes it much simpler to check the data without the need for any external device. Finally, AQBotTM is effortless and easy to install, with versatile mounting arrangements.
Enhanced and accurate data
At the end of the day, getting precise data matters. The industrial air monitor provides accurate data to detect ppb concentrations. Likewise, it offers data integrations to match the industry standards. Furthermore, the in-built relay operation increases the alert and automation capabilities. On top of it, AQBotTM offers data transmissions through several channels. Additionally, the monitor comes with a siren and strobe for audio and visual alerts in case of any atmospheric hazard. Lastly, the industrial conditions where air monitoring devices are installed are often quite harsh. Thus, to sustain all those extreme conditions, AQBot’s enclosure is NEMA 4X approved and very robustly built.
However, AQBotTM also offers several features that make air quality monitoring quicker, smarter, and more cost-efficient than before.

AQBotTM Use Cases
The AQBotTM is ideal for continuous monitoring over a wide range of industrial applications which makes it a perfect air monitoring solution.
Industrial Process Control
Various processes in the industries lead to ambient air pollution parameters like particulate matter, gases, and noise. Measuring these parameters using AQBotTM ensures continuous monitoring. Various equipment can be controlled using industrial automation for efficient environmental regulation.
Leakages in the industry can cause unfortunate accidents and lead to a potential risk to the health of the workers. Continuous monitoring of ambient air in industrial premises ensures in-time anomaly detection. For instance, gas leakages, a sudden rise of PM, noise levels, or harmful gases. Alerts & alarms generated can assist in immediate actions.
Indoor Air Quality Monitoring
AQBotTM is an ideal choice to continuously monitor specific air quality parameters in an enclosed industrial facility. Often it is important to monitor these parameters for a safe environment. The data is used for various applications like compliance, safety, reporting, data logging, automation, etc.
Precautionary steps can be taken for the health and safety of workers to comply with regulatory acts like OSHA. Continuous monitoring of critical air quality parameters like VOC, H2S, NH3, etc. in an industrial work environment allows safety managers to take corrective actions. Additionally, EHS managers can continuously track and control any potential hazards.

Factory Calibration- Factory calibration is performed by the sensor manufacturing partners. This process ensures that all the sensors are functioning as per the requirement.
Laboratory Calibration– In laboratory calibration, the assembled AQBotTM devices are calibrated with pure air and NIST traceable calibration gases. Zero and span calibration is performed in a clean and controlled laboratory setting. This is done to determine the sensor offset or gain error if any. The PM sensors are collocated against a reference system- Met One BAM 1020. Every AQBotTM is dispatched with a calibration certificate generated by a NABL/ISO IEC 17025 accredited laboratory.
On-site Calibration-Using a zero air cylinder or a generator, users can now calibrate the AQBotTM at their premises without the need to de-install the unit. The AQBot connects using a tubing and external attachments. The calibration module in the on-device data visualization software allows the user to apply drift to any change in the sensor readings.
An on-device software allows users to access the data, configure the network and sensors without the internet. Users can also connect AQBotTM to their smart devices. They can view real-time data, perform on-site calibration, change network and sensor configuration. User can visualize and analyze the data on as EnvizomTM. The software has several modules like Overview, Dashboard, Cluster, Display, Reports, Alerts, Analytics, User & Device management, etc. Also, data can be accessed through API integration to 3rd party apps. For instance, Oizom provides APIs for integration with customers’ applications. Further, the user can also enable smart notifications based on alerts set on threshold data.
