Assistant Sales Manager
We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to handle Oizom partners and customers across
India.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Assistant Sales Manager the key responsibilities will be:
● Develop and implement effective sales strategies
● Lead nationwide Partner Sales team and empower them to achieve Sales Targets
● Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
● Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
● Perform research and identify new potential partners, customers and new market opportunities
● Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
● Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
● Effectively communicate with inbound leads and outbound cold calling to highly qualified leads.
● Working directly with network-partners to convert qualified sales leads into customers.
● Support Partner and Customers with relevant support in the form of calls, meetings and documentation required to close a sale.
Job Requirements:
A successful candidate must :
● Hold a Bachelors’ degree in engineering OR be possess knowledge and zeal to learn about IoT & Air Chemistry.
● Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Relationship Management.
● Excellent English communication skills with ability to collaborate and influence across levels with internal and external partners, including senior executives on both sides.
● Strong interpersonal skills that foster collaboration within a team, with business partners, cross-functional teams and with partners.
● Result orientated with demonstrated ability to independently achieve goals.
● Possess the discipline of proactively managing the partner relationship in a coordinated manner to drive the maximum value out of the relationship.
● Willingness to adapt to the business environment and learn business practices based on the geography.
● Flexibility to travel across the country to meet Partners, Customers and Prospects
Partner Relationship Manager
We are looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to handle Oizom partners and distributors across Asia and Australia.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Partner Relationship Manager the key responsibilities will be:
● Identify and on-boarding new partners.
● Form healthy relationships with the partner to achieve goals and business requirements.
● Act as the primary point of contact for partners and manage effective governance around the same.
● Monitor, measure, and analyse partner performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
● Engage with partners in relevant customer meetings as technical sales support as and when required.
● Create closer, more collaborative relationships with partners in order to achieve higher business potential.
● Establish a framework for partners best practices, joint research studies, government validation initiatives and discover new use cases and applications.
● Act as a liaison between the company and partner and lead projects awarded by the partner.

- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting and finance department
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Calculating GST liability on a monthly basis.
- Preparing data for GST returns on a monthly basis.
- Issuing C form / F form to related parties.
- Calculating and making payment to the governing authority of TDS on a monthly basis.
- Providing TDS data for return filing on a quarterly basis.
- Monitoring of Actual CAPEX and OPEX vis budget of the company.
- Aware of the customs clearance as per Indian Govt. Rules.
- Travel and Accommodation booking,
- Employee agreement and Handbook establishing
- Yearly Team Trip managing, Monthly Team Outing managing
- New Employee Onboard and Employee exiting process management
Eligibility:
- Should be a B.Com / M.Com / MBA with Min. 4+ Years of Work Experience in Finance & Accounts Field. All account work & documentation part, Billing related work. Online Payment Reconciliation, Bank Work. Knowledge of Taxation & Tally.
