Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Sensor Module

Air Quality Sensor Module for Greenhouse Gas Monitoring

At Oizom, we offer Carbon dioxide (CO2) sensors for air quality monitoring. The Carbon Dioxide sensor module is designed to accurately measure low concentrations of CO2 at the ppb, ppm level in ambient air. This module is capable of real-time monitoring, ensuring precise and real-time data collection. Its advanced support electronics makes this air quality sensor is both compact and reliable. Its low-noise electronics enable stable and accurate measurement of carbon dioxide, even at very low atmospheric concentrations.

Measurement Principle

Measurement Principle

The CO₂ sensor uses Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) technology to detect and measure CO₂ concentrations in ambient air. CO₂ molecules absorb infrared radiation at specific wavelengths as the infrared light passes through the gas sample. The sensor measures the reduction in infrared light intensity reaching the detector and correlates it to the concentration of CO₂ present. This absorption-based measurement enables accurate real-time monitoring of carbon dioxide levels.
