The Nitrogen Dioxide sensor module can measure ppb level accurate concentrations of NO2 in ambient conditions. Additionally, the sensor module design is capable to monitor nitrogen dioxide on a real-time basis.
The advanced support electronics can sense even a very low concentration of gases. The electronics produce very low noise levels resulting in high accuracy despite a low concentration atmosphere.
The sensor works on the electrochemical principle. Electrochemical sensors are very sensitive to NO2 gas changes, which make them an ideal choice for indicative air quality monitoring for outdoor applications
Standard calibration gases and tools are used to calibrate the NO2 sensor. The calibration is in accordance with the USEPA (40 CFR Part 53) and EU (2008/50/EC) defined for equivalent method instruments.
Outdoor air quality monitoring system like Polludrone Smart and Polludrone Pro use the NO2 sensor module. Therefore, this module is ideal for applications like campus monitoring, smart city, research projects, and Environmental Impact Assessment.
