Maintaining a safe and controlled environment in battery production is crucial. Amara Raja faced the challenge of ensuring minimal dust presence to protect both their production processes and the well-being of their employees. Dust particles can impact production quality, damage machines or equipment, and pose health risks to workers.

An AQBot for real-time Particulate Matter (PM) monitoring was implemented in the Amara Raja industry. We offer the ideal air quality monitoring solutions to eliminate the need for manual device automation, saving time and labor resources. Provided insights into the efficiency of existing dust control measures, allowing for optimization where needed. The system helped safeguard heavy machinery and equipment from potential damage by minimizing dust exposure. The Envizom software provided the ability to track variations in dust particles of different micron sizes, enabling targeted control strategies. The AQBot system proved a valuable solution for Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited. It enabled them to maintain a safe and controlled production environment while optimizing their operations and protecting their equipment.

Implementing the AQBot system yielded several positive outcomes for Amara Raja. It increased the efficiency of the industry's workers. By assessing the effectiveness of existing dust control systems, they could make informed decisions for further optimizing dust control. Reduced dust exposure helped ensure the longevity and performance of their machinery. With detailed information on dust particle size variations, Amara Raja could implement targeted control measures for specific concerns.

Amara Raja selected Oizom for its automated features, real-time data monitoring, certified calibration, and Mcerts certification, ensuring reliable performance. AQBot is an air quality monitor designed specifically for industries with its innovative single-parameter monitoring system. It allows companies to choose which specific pollutants they want to monitor, saving them money. It also provides real-time data and alerts, allowing quicker response to safety hazards.
