Reliance Chemical Products Limited (RCPL) is a chemical manufacturing company based in Lagos State, Ogun State & Abuja. They are a leading manufacturer of various industrial chemicals, including Sulphonic acids, Sodium sulfate and sodium silicate. It has been operating for over three decades, and it has established itself as a leading producer of high-quality chemical products. Their products are essential in various sectors, including agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and construction, making them a key player in the industry.
The Challenge
RCPL encountered significant challenges with poor air quality within its facilities, adversely affecting worker health and leading to operational efficiency. The poor air environment not only put the health of the employees at risk but also led to a decrease in work productivity.
