Dustroid Pro is an advanced dust monitoring system designed for continuous particulate monitoring in demanding industrial environments. Built for applications where measurement accuracy is critical, it provides reliable environmental data to support dust mitigation, operational control, and regulatory compliance through flow sampling control.
The system continuously measures PM₁, PM₂.₅, PM₁₀, PM₁₀₀, temperature, and humidity, making it ideal for construction sites, mining operations, quarries, thermal power plants, cement facilities, and other dust-intensive industries. Its heated anti-static inlet minimises the effects of humidity on particulate measurements, delivering greater stability and accuracy in challenging outdoor conditions.
Built on the principle of laser scattering, Dustroid Pro combines remote calibration, over-the-air firmware updates, and onboard intelligence to simplify long-term device management. The system supports GSM, GPRS, Wi-Fi, satellite, and other communication interfaces, with onboard storage to ensure uninterrupted data availability during temporary network interruptions. Integrated with Envizom, it provides live dashboards, smart alerts, automated reports, historical analytics, and REST APIs, enabling seamless integration with automated dust suppression systems, including fogging cannons, misting systems, and ambient dust control solutions.
