The Dustroid Max is an industrial-grade particulate monitoring system designed for critical applications that require precise dust level measurements. Its innovative design reduces humidity by up to 60%, making it an ideal solution for dust monitoring in humid environments. With the capability to measure particulate matter (PM) concentrations up to 30 mg/m³, the Dustroid Max ensures reliable monitoring for critical industrial processes.

Dustroid Max can monitor dust levels in areas with high-dust-laden activities like Construction, Mining, Quarrying, Ports, and Metallurgic processes. Monitoring dust levels around heavy dust-laden activities is crucial as it directly impacts nearby areas and employees’ health. Efficient dust monitoring allows industries to take timely action, such as activating dust suppression systems. With the rise of smart dust mitigation systems, automation becomes seamless using accurate particulate matter data from the Dustroid Max.

The Dustroid Max is designed to measure a broad range of parameters, including PM1, PM2.5, PM10, and PM100, as well as temperature and humidity. With its cutting-edge technology, it ensures highly accurate and efficient monitoring. The system features a heated inlet for humidity correction, enhancing measurement precision even in challenging environments. An anti-static inlet prevents particulate loss during sampling, while remote calibration capabilities simplify maintenance processes. Additionally, auto firmware updates ensure seamless operation, making the Dustroid Max a reliable choice for long-term dust monitoring.

The Dustroid Max incorporates an intelligent optical particle counter capable of transmitting data through GSM, Wi-Fi, LORA, and other communication modules. The collected data is sent to the Oizom cloud in real-time, with an inbuilt memory backup to ensure no data is lost in case of network disruptions. Users can visualize the data on the Oizom IoT Terminal, which offers real-time dashboards, automated reports, and smart alerts for actionable insights.

Furthermore, the Dustroid Max supports Rest APIs, enabling seamless integration with automated dust mitigation systems such as fogging cannons, misting systems, and ambient dust purification solutions. This integration ensures proactive and efficient dust management, empowering industries to maintain cleaner and safer environments.
