Pid Based VOC Sensor for PPB Level Monitoring
At Oizom, we offer various VOC sensors. Our VOC sensor module can accurately detect very low levels of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in the air in ppb/ppm. It’s designed to monitor VOC emissions from specific sources in real-time.

The Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) sensor uses Photoionization Detection (PID) technology to detect and measure VOC concentrations in ambient air. Air samples entering the sensor are exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light, which ionizes VOC molecules with ionization energies below the lamp's photon energy. The resulting ions generate an electrical current proportional to the concentration of VOCs present. This signal is measured and converted into concentration values, enabling accurate real-time monitoring of volatile organic compounds.
