The AQBot CH3SH is a robust CH3SH gas monitor that can measure Methyl Mercaptan levels in the air. This CH3SH gas detector uses electrochemical sensing technology to measure CH3SH concentration in the air. The industrial Methyl Mercaptan monitor is equipped with an electrochemical sensor. This sensor module is enclosed in the IP65 rugged composite enclosure to protect from harsh weather.
The AQBot encloure is NEMA 4X approved to last long in harsh industrial environment. It comes with an on-device display to check CH3SH concentration without being dependent on any external display. This fixed formaldehyde gas detector comes with optional on-device alarm siren and strobe light for quick action in case of any atmospheric hazard. It provides early warning to potential toxic gas exposure.
The AQBot CH3SH monitor can accurately monitor CH3SH gas concentrations in real-time. This industrial air quality monitor can integrate relevant CH3SH sensor modules as per the application requirement. This industrial formaldehyde monitor is lightweight and easy to install on the wall or pole with versatile mounting arrangements. It can easily integrate with existing building monitoring or plant control systems infrastructure. The electrochemical CH3SH sensing module is easy to replace or calibrate by sending the device back to Oizom or our partner facility.
The single point continuous gas monitoring system AQBot can communicate over multiple communication protocols. Multiple CH3SH monitor networks can receive output signals to a central point after configuration. Also, it has a built-in relay module, through which the user can set up a relevant threshold to trigger the alarm system. Thresholds for the alarm is customizable from the Air Quality Software, which comes with AQBot CH3SH monitor. The AQBot CH3SH monitor is ideal for continuous monitoring of CH3SH emissions, for instance, oil refinery, manufacturing of fertilizers, pesticides, etc, industrial hygiene and safety, risk assessment.

The Methyl Mercaptan sensor module working on the electrochemical principle is operated based on the diffusion of CH3SH gas into the sensor which results in the production of an electrical signal proportional to the CH3SH concentration. It allows accurate and reliable measurement of even low concentrations of Methyl mercaptan, which is essential in CH3SH monitoring in the ambient air.
