AQBot CH4 Monitor
AQBot CH₄ is an industrial methane monitoring system designed for continuous measurement of methane concentrations in demanding industrial environments. Powered by an NDIR sensor, this CH₄ detector delivers accurate, real-time measurements to support workplace safety, leak detection, environmental compliance, and process monitoring across oil and gas facilities, biogas plants, landfills, wastewater treatment plants, mining operations, and other methane-sensitive applications.
Its integrated display provides instant on-site visibility, while the alarm siren and strobe light enable rapid response when user-defined thresholds are exceeded, helping organisations identify potential methane leaks before they become safety hazards.
Built for long-term outdoor deployment, the methane monitor features an IP66-rated sensing module housed within a rugged NEMA 4X enclosure for reliable performance in harsh industrial conditions. The CH₄ monitor supports flexible wall or pole mounting, on-site or laboratory calibration, and multiple communication interfaces for seamless integration with existing monitoring and plant control systems. Integrated with Envizom, the methane gas monitor provides live dashboards, smart alerts, automated reports, historical analytics, REST APIs, and relay-based automation for real-time environmental monitoring and operational control.
