AQBot CH₃SH is a methyl mercaptan monitoring system designed for real-time measurement of CH₃SH concentrations in industrial environments. Equipped with an electrochemical sensor, this methyl mercaptan monitor delivers accurate measurements to support odour monitoring, emission assessment, workplace safety, and process control across refineries, chemical industries, fertilizer plants, and other CH₃SH-sensitive applications.
The system provides instant on-site visibility through its integrated display, while the alarm siren and strobe light enable rapid response when user-defined thresholds are exceeded. This helps organizations identify abnormal methyl mercaptan levels and address potential emission events effectively.
Built for industrial deployment, AQBot CH₃SH features a rugged NEMA 4X enclosure with flexible wall or pole mounting options. It supports multiple communication interfaces, on-site calibration, and seamless integration with existing monitoring and control systems. Integrated with Envizom, it provides live dashboards, smart alerts, automated reports, historical analytics, REST APIs, and relay-based automation for continuous gas monitoring and operational control.
