Single Point Continuous Methane Monitor
The AQBot CH4 is a robust CH4 Gas Monitor that can measure methane levels in the air. This CH4 gas detector uses NDIR technology to measure CH4 concentration in the air. The industrial methane monitor is equipped with a nondispersive infrared absorption (NDIR) sensor. This sensor module is enclosed in the IP65 rugged composite enclosure to protect from harsh weather.
The AQBot enclosure is NEMA 4X approved to last long in harsh industrial environments. It comes with an on-device display to check CH4 concentration without being dependent on any external display. This fixed methane gas detector comes with an optional on-device alarm siren and strobe-light for quick action in case of any atmospheric hazard. It provides an early warning to potential toxic gas exposure.
The AQBot CH4 monitor can accurately monitor CH4 gas concentrations in real-time. This industrial air quality monitor can integrate relevant CH4 sensor modules as per the application requirement.
This industrial methane monitor is lightweight and easy to install on the wall or pole with versatile mounting arrangements. It can easily integrate with existing building monitoring or plant control systems infrastructure.
The NDIR CH4 sensor module is easy to replace or calibrate by sending the device back to Oizom or our partner facility.
The single-point continuous gas monitoring system AQBOT can communicate over multiple communication protocols. Multiple CH4 monitor networks can receive output signals to a central point after configuration. Also, it has a built-in relay module, through which the user can set up a relevant threshold to trigger the Alarming system. Thresholds for the alarm are customizable from the Air Quality Software, which comes with AQBot CH4 monitor.

Our sensing technology in the AQBot CH4 monitor works on the proven working principle of Nondispersive Infrared Absorption (NDIR). Methane absorbs infrared radiation at a particular frequency. When the gas sample is exposed to infrared radiation, the infrared radiation absorbed by the CH4 molecules present in the gas sample is measured by the detector in a non-dispersive photometer.
