AQBot PM Monitor
AQBot PM is a particulate matter monitoring system designed for real-time measurement of airborne particles in industrial environments. Using laser-scattering technology, it measures PM₁, PM₂.₅, PM₁₀, and PM₁₀₀ concentrations to support dust monitoring, workplace safety, environmental assessment, and process control across construction sites, mining operations, manufacturing facilities, and other particulate-intensive applications.
The system provides instant on-site visibility through its integrated display, while the alarm siren and strobe light enable rapid response when particulate thresholds are exceeded. Its optical particle sensor delivers reliable measurements and supports application-specific configurations based on monitoring requirements.
Built for industrial deployment, AQBot PM features a rugged NEMA 4X enclosure with flexible wall or pole mounting options. It supports multiple communication interfaces for seamless integration with existing monitoring and control systems. Integrated with Envizom, it provides live dashboards, smart alerts, automated reports, historical analytics, REST APIs, and relay-based automation for effective particulate management.
