Job Responsibilities
- Ability to help demonstrate the value and impact of content marketing/engagement
- Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content
- Use SEO’s best practices for content to generate organic ranking
- Regularly produce various content types including newsletters, social media posts, blogs, white papers, case studies, web pages, press releases, etc.

Environment Data Support Executive
We are looking for an environmental engineer to join the team who will be in charge of air quality data support and analysis as well as assist in various air quality-related studies.
Job Responsibilities
- Overall in charge of Oizom air quality data support & related activities
- Carry out daily air quality data checks to ensure the smooth working of all Oizom monitors
- Assist in providing technical support for environmental data queries
- Carry out air quality data analysis to produce crisp outcomes with sharp insights for data quality improvement
- Identify sensor data errors and coordinate with the project, hardware, and O&M team for quick resolution
- Prove data support to the customers over video calls, email, and messaging platforms
- To ensure proper recording of all customer interactions and closure of all presented issue logs
- Assist the customers for on-site remote calibration setup and demonstration and carry out remote calibration of the units post installation
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers & Project team both oral and in writing
- Commitment to documenting knowledge in the form of technical notes and articles
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E/M.E Environment or A strong engineering or science educational background in the Environmental domain. Freshers may apply
- Knowledge of air pollution and air quality monitoring as well as having an interest in air quality-related studies
- Strong computer skills are needed to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to customer issues
- Excellent command of the English language

HR Executive
Responsibilities:
- Plans, organizes, and coordinates the operations and activities related to the Human Resources (HR) operations and functions, location wide.
- Coordinate and resolve human resource problems, interpret HR policies and procedures and recommends effective courses of action.
- Responsible for handling all Labour Compliance related activities, i. e., PF/ ESIC, etc.
- Works closely with Payroll and other HR Consultants in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing HR/Payroll programs, functions and activities.
- Provides consistent interpretation/application of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage End to End Recruitment Process for the Foundation by utilizing all channels of identifying candidates relevant for the positions.
- Coordinates the Background Verification process of candidates.
- Assesses HR operational needs and suggests changes in policies and procedures in order to ensure efficiencies and seamless running of the company.
- Assists in the development of the department strategic plan for all operational activity.

● Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
● Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
● Perform research and identify new potential partners, customers and new market opportunities
● Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
● Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
● Effectively communicate with inbound leads and outbound cold calling to highly qualified leads.

● Act as the primary point of contact for partners and manage effective governance around the same.
● Monitor, measure, and analyse partner performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
● Engage with partners in relevant customer meetings as technical sales support as and when required.
● Create closer, more collaborative relationships with partners in order to achieve higher business potential.
● Establish a framework for partners best practices, joint research studies, government validation initiatives and discover new use cases and applications.
