AQBot NH3 Monitor

AQBot NH₃ is an industrial ammonia monitoring system designed for continuous measurement of ammonia concentrations in demanding industrial environments. Equipped with an electrochemical NH₃ sensor, this NH₃ detector delivers accurate, real-time measurements to support workplace safety, process monitoring, environmental compliance, and leak detection across fertiliser plants, livestock facilities, wastewater treatment plants, chemical industries, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and other ammonia-sensitive applications.

The system continuously measures NH₃ concentrations and can be configured to meet diverse application requirements. Its integrated display provides instant on-site visibility, while the alarm siren and strobe light enable rapid response when user-defined thresholds are exceeded, helping organisations identify potential exposure risks before they escalate.

Built for long-term outdoor deployment, the ammonia monitor features an IP66-rated sensing module housed within a rugged NEMA 4X enclosure for reliable performance in harsh industrial conditions. The NH₃ monitor supports flexible wall or pole mounting, on-site or laboratory calibration, and multiple communication interfaces for seamless integration with existing monitoring and plant control systems. Integrated with Envizom, it provides live dashboards, smart alerts, automated reports, historical analytics, REST APIs, and relay-based automation for real-time environmental monitoring and operational control.
