The Oxygen (O₂) sensor uses electrochemical sensing technology based on a galvanic cell to detect and measure oxygen concentrations in ambient air. Oxygen molecules diffuse into the sensor and undergo an electrochemical reduction at the sensing electrode, generating an electrical current proportional to the O₂ concentration. This signal is measured and converted into concentration values, enabling accurate real-time monitoring of oxygen levels.
