The Challenge

Ensuring the health and safety of its workforce was a top priority for Mitsubishi Chemical Group. The company faced the challenge of bad air quality inside the facility and wanted to precisely monitor multiple air pollutants, including oxygen (O2), formaldehyde (CH2O), methane (CH4), and Temperature, Humidity and Pressure. They required a reliable air quality monitoring system that delivers accurate data on each parameter in real-time, To mitigate pollution and ensure a safe working environment.

The Solution

Our partner Inteccon offered them Oizom’s Odosense as the solution and installed nine units in the Mitsubishi chemical plant’s facility to address its air quality monitoring needs. They chose this cutting-edge device for its high-quality sensors and accurate data collection, providing real-time data on the air pollutants inside the facility. It monitors a wide range of air pollutants. It continuously monitors O2, CH2O, CH4, and Temperature, Humidity, and Pressure levels, providing real-time data on air quality conditions. Additionally, they chose/subscribed to different Envizom modules to get real-time data on air quality and notifications on their smart devices.
