Measurement Principle

The SWARM V2.2c vibration sensor uses MEMS-based sensing technology to measure vibration along the 3D axes. A tiny suspended mass within the MEMS sensing element responds to motion and vibration, causing changes in capacitance proportional to the applied acceleration. These signals are processed and converted into vibration parameters such as acceleration and velocity, enabling accurate real-time monitoring of vibration levels across directions.
