The CH3SH industrial air monitor uses Electrochemical Sensing technology to measure the concentration of Methyl Mercaptan in the air. Some of its applications are the paper and pulp industry, wastewater treatment plants, and meat processing plants.
The PM detector uses laser scattering technology to measure PM1, PM2.5, PM10, and PM100 concentrations in the air. The cement industry, mining industry, and textile industry are some of their use cases.
The Noise sensor module can accurately measure noise levels in the ambient air. The lightweight sound level monitor design is capable of monitoring ambient noise on a real-time basis.
Accuracy is an extremely essential factor and one of the main priorities when it comes to air quality monitoring. All of our devices go through a three-level calibration process.
Factory Calibration- Factory calibration is performed by the sensor manufacturing partners. This process ensures that all the sensors are functioning as per the requirement.
Laboratory Calibration– In laboratory calibration, the assembled AQBotTM devices are calibrated with pure air and NIST traceable calibration gases. Zero and span calibration is performed in a clean and controlled laboratory setting. This is done to determine the sensor offset or gain error if any. The PM sensors are collocated against a reference system- Met One BAM 1020. Every AQBotTM is dispatched with a calibration certificate generated by a NABL/ISO IEC 17025 accredited laboratory.
On-site Calibration-Using a zero air cylinder or a generator, users can now calibrate the AQBotTM at their premises without the need to de-install the unit. The AQBot connects using tubing and external attachments. The calibration module in the on-device data visualization software allows the user to apply drift to any change in the sensor readings.
An on-device software allows users to access the data, and configure the network and sensors without the internet. Users can also connect AQBotTM to their smart devices. They can view real-time data, perform on-site calibration, and change network and sensor configuration. Users can visualize and analyze the data on EnvizomTM. The software has several modules like Overview, Dashboard, Cluster, Display, Reports, Alerts, Analytics, User & Device management, etc. Also, data can be accessed through API integration to 3rd party apps. For instance, Oizom provides APIs for integration with customers’ applications. Further, the user can also enable smart notifications based on alerts set on threshold data.
