Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Sensor Module
Air quality sensor module for Greenhouse gas monitoring
At Oizom. we offer various Carbon dioxide (CO2) sensors for air quality monitoring. The Carbon Dioxide sensor module is designed to accurately measure low concentrations of CO2 at the ppb, ppm level in ambient air. This module is capable of real-time monitoring, ensuring precise and real-time data collection.
Its advanced support electronics makes this air quality sensor is both compact and reliable. Its low-noise electronics enable stable and accurate measurement of carbon dioxide, even at very low atmospheric concentrations.
Our CO2 sensor works on Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) technology and offers long-term stability and reliable air quality data measurement. This makes it an ideal choice for indicative real-time air quality monitoring in outdoor environments.
Oizom’s CO2 sensor is calibrated using standard gases and tools, as per calibration guidelines defined by the USEPA (40 CFR Part 53) and the EU (2008/50/EC) for equivalent method instruments. This CO2 sensor module is integral to outdoor air quality monitoring systems like Polludrone, and AQBot. It is well-suited for applications such as smart city monitoring, greenhouse gas emission tracking, and research-based projects.

Measurement Range: 0-5000 ppm
Minimum detection limit: 400 ppm
Sensor Life: 2 years
Working Principle: Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR)
Drift: ±5 ppm / Year
Carbon dioxide works on NDIR technology. CO2 absorbs infrared radiation at a particular frequency. When the gas sample is exposed to infrared radiation, the infrared radiation absorbed by the CO2 molecules present in the gas sample is measured by the detector in a non-dispersive photometer.
